An Offer

I made this offer in the past week to various governments and persons. If the Shirerothian government wishes to accept, I'd like to make a 3d SimCity 3 Unlimited model of Shirekeep. It'd be free of cost, and I'd be able to take snapshots of it and give information on it's growth, utilities, police efficiency, etc.
