Lighthouse: My actions as distinct of Babkha

Firstly they were the actions of a private citizen, myself. For which judgement should be directed on my head using proper judicial procedures. I am willing to accept a public trial in Baracao for my actions. The Babkhan Kingdom has withdrawn all claims outside of Euras. The Grand Vizier's revocation of the recognition to Baracao and Treesia is not valid as it lacks the Shahanshah's assent. My actions if a court were to decide they were criminal are punishable under law (Babkhan and intermicronational). On behalf of the Babkhan community I ask for the assistance of the Imperial Republic of Shireroth to secure a fair trial for myself and to work with His Imperial Majesties Government to defend it against my actions for which it holds no liability.

He doesn't need a trial as he's admitted his guilt. And he certainly won't be needing any support.Justice will be dispensed firstly by a stampeding herd of yaks... Yakking for Yaks everywhere!

Baron Raspur: I am gravely concerned about your actions and the reprocussion that they may cause. Let me say that as Kaiser I entirely disapprove. I will seek for you a fair trial, but only so that you are punished fairly. Also let me add that such actions are not befitting of a Shirerothian Noble and that I am concidering action within this nation. Wylþeow du GrifosThe Kaiser of ShirerothThe gods blessed you with power and a visionThe gods gave you life to accomplish a mission...

I would like to beg clemency for Ardashir. He's been in micronationalism...well...forever, has contributed a lot to Babkha, Shireroth, and the world in general, and this is the first time I can think of that he did something like this (and got caught). Further, it bears remembering that this action came only after Ardashir and every other citizen of Lighthouse except Dafydd was kicked out of the nation by Dafydd so that he could legally pass a vote to annex Lighthouse to Baracao (him being the only legal voter at that point), and that Ardashir's action was merely a protest against this. While I agree that a trial and punishment is necessary, I suggest that Shireroth at least not add any additional punishment to whatever is handed out by whatever court ends up deciding his case.

No-one was kicked out of the Lighthouse. Dafydd merely used his (strangely unchallenged) right to legislate at will to reclassify everyone except himself as Subjects with no rights, as only Citizens had the right to object to the annexation. Never in the theatre of conflict have so few dropped so much guano on so many...

I understand, Scott, but it concerns me that a Noble of this land would do something of this magnitude. I will probably take it to the Landsraad to decide. Wylþeow du GrifosThe Kaiser of ShirerothThe gods blessed you with power and a visionThe gods gave you life to accomplish a mission...

Ah this is too hilarious for words. And what exactly can he be punished with? exile? banishment? revocation of positions and titles? HA! Sign me up too then! Ardashir was the only individual in Babkha that actually cared about the state of the nation without personal goals in mind. If the community wants to punish him for this whole thing, fine I'll stand next to him shoulder to shoulder and laugh the whole way. All respect to the people here, I suppose this was more of a message to everyone really, [
