His Highness the Baron of Elwynn wishes it known that all who have the wit and occassion to master the contrivance may bring a Baracaoan to Elwynn and lawfully torture and or execute them without repproach from his good self**Anyone who takes up this offer is reminded that no objection from the Baron is no guarrantee that his Duke will not object....

*waves hand in nonchalant manner* Make it so. Those Baracaoans have some nerve taking over Lighthouse after it was stolen fair and square from the Treesians. And that blue background color of theirs is just weird. And they've all changed their names so many times I can't tell who's whom anymore. So...yes...Baracaoan-free zone!
