I said that perhaps Jacobus would be a useful person to help settle this matter. I did not necessarily say that anyone would like what he said or necessarily feel bound by it.But yes, let us unban Ryan. I don't see him as an immediate danger, and if he was, he'd find a way to be one without us unbanning him anyway.

From what I have seen, what Scott said is right, jacobus can advise as he is the former holder, but not dictate which is the perogative(sp?) of the current holder.Who is the current holder? Shireroth became holder of it, which I am sure no-one in there right mind will deny.
