Nelaga shall celebrate Fishday apace with the Shirithian calendar, beginning with the second Fishday in the month of H'graasreign.
Done retroactively in year ASC 4063

I think it's cool that Kaiserial decrees can bind foreign nations now. How about making Victoria cede us Lesser Automatica?

Oh, I think it'll hold in Nelaga. A foreign country writing a decree about Fishday is the very spirit of Fishday! If it were any other subject, they could forget it.
