Shireroth

I would like to resign my Shirerithian citizenship. Shireroth has done nothing wrong towards me, but I have realized that it just isn't the place for me. For one thing, there is too much information to digest, and I don't have as much time to study the Wiki and Lawbook as I would have liked. I look forwarding to remaining cordial with Shireroth and its citizens in terms of future diplomatic and trade interactions.
