I'm a little confused myself. CJ jumped from Annexis to Kildare; fair enough. But he didn't have a county here, and he never got made a representative of the House, and Greg is still here. If Yardistan goes anywhere after re-Duchification, Greg should have a definite say in it.

If CJ has left, then I am the last Yardistani standing (not to mention the oldest yardistani still around), and it is my birthright to decide where it goes, if Yardistan proper will not be reset into a duchy.

I thought that CJ had been granted Yardistan county, and was taking it with him.

If I may be so bold, might this be held in abeyance until more pressing issues are settled?
