The Landsraad recommends to the Minister of Immigration and Naturalization that Elliot Markham be granted citizenship.

I see absolutely no reason why he shouldn't be granted citizenship.

Mortis, ABSTAIN (5). The MiniImnat can handle this without us. If he denies the app, and it's appealed, then we can deal with it. Till then, we have ministers.

The Kaiser just overruled the minister with this. It is his right to do so.
Kalir sees no reason why he shouldn't be let in and casts five votes in favour (Aye - 5)

I do believe the party has withdrawn their citizenship application.
