Imperial Order: Congratulations

The Imperial Republic of Shireroth congratulates Jessica "Jadie" Doran and Kenny Kelb on their wedding today. Both of them are well-known to many citizens of Shireroth and been long-time supporters of the country.

Kenny, under the name Ruhan Zarathustra Erudinzadeh, was a Duke of Goldshire and founder of the Goldshire military. He also served with distinction in Babkha and Menelmacar.

Jadie was a former Kaiseress of Shireroth, a Duchess of Goldshire, one of the Six Revolutionaries of Menelmacar, the namesake of the modern-day county of Alalehzamin, founder and namesake of the Imperial Bloodline of Doran, and recently returned to serve the nation as governor of Kralizec.

As far as anyone knows, Jadie and Kenny are the only two people to have met in micronations and later gotten married!

You can find their wedding site at http://www.jessica-and-kenneth.com/. Be sure to take a look at stunningly handsome wedding attendants #10 and #11.

The nobles of Shireroth have already chipped in and are sending a special memento to the happy couple (sshhh! it's a surprise!) so don't feel any need at all to go out and get them presents. But if you're feeling insanely super-generous, here is their registry.

In addition, on this special day I want to acknowledge what Jadie and Zary mean to all of us, and especially the work both of them put in to the now-dissolved Duchy of Goldshire (now generally referred to as Goldenmoon as part of the de-Warcraftification effort). Therefore, I hereby decree them to be Honorary Duke and Duchess of Goldenmoon.

Please join me in wishing many years of health and happiness to the lovely couple, and in petitioning them to name their firstborn child "Raynor" :)

I like how Erik's picture sort of makes him look like a bum on the street.

That was me hanging with Nick in York, UK.

Oh, and Zary created the Judex of Shireroth. Back then it was an institution of the Landsraad.

*returns from Honeymoon*

Aww.....thanks Scott! We are flattered and love you all! Wedding pictures are slowly appearing on facebook...so keep an eye out! :)

And you nobles did not need to contribute for a present...you guys are too sweet.

And yes, as far as I know we are the first couple to meet through micronations and get married...so I have Fax and Erik to blame for me meeting my husband. :) Thank you for the well wishes...and love you all!

I wish the both of them the best. Also, they have a great-looking website. Such an interesting thing that they met in micro-nationalism, and a Shirerithian Duchy at that.

Erik would look like a bum in his picture, except that he has those Matrix-esque sunglasses. Of course, that would make sense if Shireroth is the Real World and everything else is a lie. :kaiser

Is attendant 11 a citizen of Shireroth? What is his username on here?
