Multiple Title Act 3955

This act would remove LB: III. G.
G. Multiple Titles of Nobility.
1. No Shirithian shall hold multiple titles of nobility.
With the new system this isn't really a problem. And I see no reason not to be allowed to be a Count and a Baron. They don't grant extra powers.

If I'm a Duke and a Baron. I have only one vote in the Landsraad.
Though I suppose if you made someone a duke.. and a Duke... they'd get 2 votes? but if anything, that's a matter of changing the Procedures, and this section should still be removed.

Assuming this means you can hold titles on different levels simultaneously, and not multiple titles on the same level, I'm cool with that.
