Well friends, I spoke with Mr Goltz and he is planning to by the end of summer to have a high-speed track available to the Trans-Elwynn, from which I hope we can build a bridge or dig a tunnel to Ardashirshahr.

I will begin building a high-speed railway within Kalirion lands. Ardashirshahr--Islus--Eliria should be the main thing.
