Imperial Order AII-12
An Order to Award Counties
1. After having heard the endorsement of Austi Scot, a former and highly regarded citizen of the Republic, I hereby grant the Count of Old Hallucination to Jacobus Loki and House Kildare. I reserve the right to revoke this county if the level of further development of the county does not meet my expectations.
2. I hereby grant the County of Modan-Lach to House Mortis as their core county.
