Imperial Order AII-8
An Order to Amend the Title of Margrave Loki
A situation has arisen in the Landsraad making it impossible for it to function. In the interest of allowing the Landsraad to function properly, I hereby revoke the title of Margrave bestowed upon Jacobus Loki and appoint him Thane in Kildare. This allows him to speak his mind in the Landsraad, but he will not be able to vote.

I'm worried about how the Imperial Government abuses its power to take votes away when someone doesn't want to walk in the line. But... meh... I'm not going to nag. :P

It's not an abuse of power. If I recall correctly, you often say that there are no rights in Shireroth.
It was my bad from the start. It's stupid to have an even number of members in a parliament.
