Donations are not donations if you can ask for them back later. That's one of the prices of burning bridges. He should get starting funds like anyone else.

I think that's what he had.

Doesn't matter what he had really. If the amount he donated and the starting funds are identical, then that's a happy coincidence.

As I said, it's up to the MiniTrade to handle this.

I've decided to give him 500 erb; that gives him the ability to participate and buy things; but is well under the sum originally granted. He is instructed not to request a citizenship bounty ever again.
