Mr Loki has informed me that I am to present myself in Your Court concerning the status of my Shirithian citizenship.

Yes. You are hereby granted a provisional Shirerithian citizenship. The requirement is that if you fuck up in any way, you're out.

I also impose a minority period, set to end when deemed appropriate by the Arbiter. During this period, you will not be elligible to hold any position within the Imperial Government.
