I hereby grant the title of Margrave and all the privileges it comes with, to Andreas the Wise. The Title will remain granted for so long as he is an active citizen or until it is revoked by a future Kaiser.
By my hand,
Kaiser Mors VI.

That's silly. Margrave means "count of land", it is a "landed title"
Perhaps just his town or something then. Or village. Something!!!!

Sure? I'm just saying I didn't attach any land myself to the title. I think Andreas has some lands.
