Your niftiness, may I ask how and when further land grants will be made? Can they only be made by the Kaiser? Are they only to be given occasionally? Are there other means of obtaining them (such as wealth, military power etc)?

I would say yes the the wealth and military aspects. I think the Landsraad can grant land, though I don't recall if I really made any rules for that. If not, the Landsraad can create some.

I thought that land was given per person, not anything else?
