Withdrawal from SCOWL

As Vincent Waldgrave, Lord General of Gralus, I hereby issue notification to the Small Commonwealth that we have withdrawn from the SCOWL treaty. Our citizens currently control all of our land; and relinquish any claims to non-Gralan land we control with our exit from this treaty.
