Why don't we make Brookshire and Goldshire a principality each?

It would be a formal title, but without power. In precedence between duke and baron.

Why?

Because I'd like to see Brookshire and Goldshire as two different units...

Sadly, they cannot survive as separate units. And even merged they cannot continue to survive.
