So, who's the Duke around here? Icebreaker seems to think it's him, but I can't see that he's been appointed Duke of Straylight anywhere.

I THINK EVERYONE WOULD BE HAPPIER IF SOME GUY WITH A BLUE NAME WERE DUKE. THERE ARE MULTIPLE WAYS TO ACHIEVE THIS.
