Remove "for purposes of Imperial Law and the Landsraad". Superfluous.

Maybe, but it sounded better to me.

It sounds fancy, but doesn't really say much, and opens the field for misinterpretations.

"Oh, wait, does this mean that a duke is not a Noble in his subdivision?"

***treads lightly***
Um... what exactly does this change?
**Calls 1-800-SASSBUSTERS. They remove all sass from the following sentence.** Can someone explain how this fixes the situation?

Because there would be no more ambiguity surrounding what exactly a "noble" constitutes. Right now Lesser-Nobles are not clearly "nobles" but rather their own classification. This would make it 100% clear.

Oh, ok. That makes sense. The jury is still out on that Charter amendment then?

I would not give high probability to any amendments under this Kaisership. Charter Amendment happen rarely. We haven't had one in a year. You'd need the Kaiser, Praetor and Arbiter all in agreement about the amendment too.

And I personally don't think a full on amendment is needed.

But yes, this bill is simply to try to clear things up.
