In order to ensure the continuing functioning of the Commonwealth Assembly, please head for the commonwealth assembly forum and click on the "Subscribe forum" link (it's right under the "new topic" button, in the bubbly titlebar thing). You should receive an email notification for every message that's posted to that forum. This way you ensure that when stuff is being voted on you'll know about it, and the commonwealth can function effectively. Thank you for your time.
