Imperial Decree #435: Leng
By the power invested in me by the Gods,
In case any support is required to get the Island of Leng at the MCS-map destroyed, Shireroth will give it. That said, the owners of the island should agree first. We don't want to start a diplomatic accident.
Signed by my Nifty hand at Raynor's Keep,
on 3837 ASC
Leto III Ozymandias
For as far as I know, this has always been our policy. I just post this after noticing
this threat to make that clear once more.

Ryan... you are the current tenants. Isn't bad form to rebel on behalf of a foreign power?
