Is a Secondus, acting as a Primate, needs mod powers over the SC and all its subforums.

I would say no, but I have no legal backing for it. I don't see any reason for him to see the Court forums tho.

I gave them full access and moderatorship to every SC subforum except the court's deliberations forum, which is closed to both... I suppose if the SC finds fault with that they'll just have to... tell me.
