Edict #001 - Commonwealth of Blackrock
Looking back to the old days of the Republic of Blackrock (which officially isn't our predecessor but it actually is), I have decided to have this county named 'Commonwealth of Blackrock'.
In sort, it stays just Blackrock.
Signed,
Leto III (aka Jonas Windsor)
