The following shall be repealed:

Second amendment

Those Hurmudan-ka of responsible age, and who have dwelt in Hurmu for at least 30 days, form the Diet of Hurmu.

The following amendment shall be appended to the Fundamental Law:

Fifteenth amendment

Those Hurmudan-ka of responsible age, and who have dwelt in Hurmu for at least 14 days, form the Diet of Hurmu.
