His Imperial Majesty's Foreign Department

To: Foreign Minister of Shireroth

Your Excellency,

I am Eva Cristina Fernández, the newly appointed Foreign Secretary of the Empire of the Alexandrians. I am conducting a tour of several micronations, in an effort to reconnect with friends and make new ones. The tour has brought me here to Shireroth. I do not believe any formal diplomatic relationship has been established between our countries before. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

It is my wish to establish a close relationship with Shireroth, one based on cooperation and genuine friendship. If Shireroth is interested, we would like to begin to pursue this wish earnestly.

Thank you for your courteous introduction to Shireroth, and welcome! I am pleased that we are like minded in our views for relations. What specifically did you have in mind?

As Lord Tosha pointed out, we do indeed have a treaty with Alexandria, which still consider to be in effect! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask me.
