Decree I: Banishment and Stuff.

As per my ascention to the throne, I have some things to clear up.
I am the rightful Duke, and,
If anyone violates my authority they shall be put in the stocks.
And;
My troops shall be commissioned from all isles, numbering 100,000 soldiers.
