Shireroth

Throughout the ages of Shireroth, there have been one-hundred and sixteen governments. Ninety-four of them have been headed by kaisers, ten by kaiseresses, four by ruling stewards, a few Landsraad sessions, and one antikaiser (Nicodemus), and one which I don't know how to classify (Mahamantotarebadum).

Leto Three heads the 116th government, being the 94th kaiser or the 104th kaisership.

The most common name for a kaiser was Raynor, having been used by kaisers eleven times.

So if my maths is correct here: we are averaging a new Kaiser/Kaiseress nearly every month?

Not quite. Don't know the average, but some of the governments/kaisers are legendary, much like the early kings and queens of Sweden: no one really knows if they existed

I think we tend to average a new Kaiser every three months, but that was before. Might be less often, might be more often now.
