My Lord,
Why don't we let the Landsraad elect one? WIth the current membership of the Landsraad being quite big and diverse, it could prove very interesting.
Anyway, I do hereby state my interest to be a steward. Never been one

Yes, was thinking about that. But first need to get some nominations before I can present them to the Landsraad.

Then I wish you good luck, sir.

I thought you two were talking about the tree.
And I second the nomination of Arviður for Steward.

Thanks!
My Lord, will you open up for an election or would you prefer decreeing a steward yourself?

My Lord Kaiser,
Please allow me to express my gratitude for those who have supported me in my candidacy for steward, however, now that I've been made duke in Brookshire, I need my time and energy to be devoted there. As such, my Sire, I withdraw my candidacy in favour of Lakhesis.
I hope, Sir, that you forgive me.
