All divisions within this Barony are hereby disbanded. There shall no longer be any counties.
The Barony shall a unitary entity. Some big cities within the Barony will receive a charter for autonomy. These cities shall be known as "Free Cities." Currently Mejor and Goldshire Keep are free cities.
The rest of the Barony shall be divided into fiefs.
