Turkey is.. alright..( I know!!).. but, tis really dry and not as good as chicken!

Boring turkey meat is boring and dry. I'm a glazed ham kind of guy, but my family insists on traditional turkey for the family meal.

And I agree with becca that pork is the best meat, pork makes bacon. no other argument is necessary.

Economise this Christmas. Why have whole turkey when you could feed an entire family on a leg of Turk for the cost of nothing save the effort involved in the removal of said leg and subsequent preparation. (Warning. Please note that eating Turk may result in a lengthy custodial sentence).
