Expelling Leo Dine from the Landsraad 3759 ASC

For his continued insistence on voting in extremely nebulous (and honestly not remotely amusing) ways in willful violation for section 3.A.1 of the
Procedures of the Landsraad (for easy reference, quoted below, emphasis mine)
Each member has one vote with a value outlined below, which he or she may cast in any unambiguous way to represent a vote of aye or nay, on any bill during the voting period.
Therefore, we the Landraad, resolve the following:
1) That Leo Dine be expelled from the Landsraad for a period of no less than one (1) month.
2) As we have no desire to deprive a duchy of its voice in the body, that the the Duchy of Elywnn choose by whatever method they deem fit another representative to the Landsraad, provided it is not Leo Dine nor any of his alternate logins.
3) That, should Leo Dine apologize for his behavior and vow to knock it off, he be allowed to stay in the Landsraad, although a single failure to comply with section 3.A.1 at any point in the indefinite future trigger the above two conditions immediately.

EDIT : I just saved you the trouble. Feel free to vote on some other punishment if you see fit though.

This is now irrelevant, since Leo Dine is no longer a voting member of the Landsraad by his own hand.

Kildare votes Nay. I'm not from the opinion that he should be banned of voting when he represents his Duchy. If he votes in the wrong way, just don't count the vote. End of discussion.

Well since he could become an emissary to the Landsraad under whatever duke replaces him and he didn't apologize, the bill is still technically relevant. Therefore, Goldshire AYE.

While I will not apologize for my behavior, I do recognize that it may not have been necessarily conducive to functionality, so I will respect the wishes of this congregation whatever the outcome.

This bill fails with 2 for - 2 against and 1 abstaining.
