WHEREAS, on order of the Golden Mango Throne, the Duke of Elwynn was warned repeatdely concerning proper Landsraad voting procedure,

AND WHEREAS, his grace the Duke of Elwynn has seen fit to ignore these warnings.

THEREFORE, we humbly request that the Duke of Elwynn be reminded of the decorum proper to the Landsraad and pelted with rotten mangoes in order to massage his memory.

I don't think the Kaiser has the power to do this. Landsraad interference and all that. Technically this is Praetor's job.

Unfortunately, I don't think we have a law at the moment giving a Praetor permission to impose sanctions. Maybe we should get one.

I suggest the Preator take the "go made with power" approach and enforce the penalty herself, and continue to do things like that until people complain and/or write the laws.

I'll look a blind eye as Arbiter.

But as Arbiter I do point out the Kaiser cannot interfere on this matter.

Yes we have a suitable punishment in mind that lies within the law.

Um... this is a Landsraad matter.

We are thinking in Karmic terms. The Praetor and the Landsraad will have to work something out for the specific infraction.
