1.0. Regarding the Construction of the Colossus of Lodis
1.1. We do hereby authorise Scott of Hyperborea to commence the construction of the Colossus of Lodis on the west coast of Melangia, at the point closest to Antican territory and in accordance with the exacting technical specifications set out elsewhere;
1.2. We also request that the "Head of Delphi" be specially adapted so as to in effect become a sculpted rotating turret that can facilitate the installation of two ISI patented Laser Cannons in the eyes, so that we might for our own amusement periodically disintegrate passing Republican merchant vessels. This is, we feel, what Delphi would have wanted.
2.0. Enabling Clause
2.1. Any further issues arising from this shall be clarified by Imperial Rescript, deriving authority from this decree.
