Imperial Decree #404: Concerning an Appreciation of County of Mirioth, Amity, and So-Sara & a Suitable Level of Approbation for Greg Russell

Ardashir Piroz Aurangzeb al-Osmani-Steffki, by the Kharenah of Zurvan, Kaiser, Khan of Vijayanagara, Earl of Alalehzamin, to his subjects and retainers, greetings, and unto the gods of Shireroth undying and unthinking obsequience.

Know that We, Mibaradardam be Khorshid va Mah Minamaz dadanam Zurvan, have in the first place granted to Zurvan this Ordinance which by his Kharenah is confirmed for us and our heirs forever.

1.0. Concerning an Appreciation of the County of Mirioth, Amity, and So-Sara
1.1. We hereby deem the County of Mirioth, Amity, and So-Sara to be officially interesting and worthy of continued development and presevation;
1.2. Accordingly the islands and significant urban settlements of the County of Mirioth, Amity, and So-Sara may not in and of themselves be deemed appropriate subjects for target practice by MoMA, the Imperial Forces, SDI or ISI, or any other franchise or affiliate of the aforementioned;
1.3. This prohibition does not apply to specific designated structures or individual denizens of the County MASS;
1.3.1. Especially when they are in revolt against the Crown.
2.0. Concerning a Suitable Level of Approbation for Greg Russell
2.1. In appreciation of the achievement outlined above we do hereby award Greg Russell the Red Dragon Award;
2.1.1. Whether he likes it or not.
