Remove the SEP and IAC.

As there is no longer a point to either of these forums. I put forth that we remove them outright. And have NO secure forums at all. We obviously have no place we can ever feel we can speak freely, without it being made public. So why have the farce of secret forums.
Be it resolved that the Imperial Advisary Council and the Secret Evil Plans forum are to be deleted.

I contend the legality of deleting the IAC forum, since it is a Kaiseral body.
Therefore, Brookshire will vote Nay on this.

Yes my duke. By declassifying threads from that body was also illegal, but yet this subordinate body did just that.

Straylight, AYE. FREEEDUM!!!!!!!!
Seriously, I think we should really try this. As an experiment if nothing else. A Shireroth without national secret forums (I'm still going to hold on to the duchy secret forums, paradoxical as that might be, for the reason that there's some fun stuff going on in at least one of them that I in fact do believe should be kept under wraps for now). It could be fun. It wouldn't be fundamentally different, but then again few things are. But fun? It could be fun.

Then, my Marquess, the Kaiser or the Arbiter should strike down that law.

Wait, deleted? There's some pretty nifty stuff in those forums.

I don't like deleting stuff. Removing the restictions and allowing people to look at it... perhaps, yes.

Well, yeah, I don't really want that stuff deleted either, just made public, I'm just voting aye because I know this bill will fail but still want to register my appreciation for the idea of, at least temporarily, having no secret forums

I see my point is lost on all of you.

No, we just like to ignore the point.
And why are there two Brookshirithians talking in the Landsraad?

If the point was to make a statement, then doing it by proposing a law was probably not the best move. We have a front gate for a reason.
I also would like Brookshire to clarify who their representative to this body is.

Me too. I thought I was Emissary for Brookshire.

Anyways. As Arbitor I nullify this bill as it violates the purview of the Landsraad. (as mike pointed out)

Erik is Emissary for Brookshire, but I reserve the right to step in when I feel it is needed. I won't change a vote simply because I disagree with it, but I will step in if a bill is illegal, as in this case.

I disagree with the idea that Brookshire has actuallyt two representatives at the same time. One vote, one representative.
