The decree of 3737 is repealed. As such, urban communities will cease to be developed, the counties are reinstated with their government as of the day before the decree's promulgation.

Following widespread protests, especially in Eriksburg, against Steward Arviður's plans to abolish the counties of K'Tzuni, the Steward's office quietly reported that it would begin repeals of the decree before implementation.
