General Membership Amendment

I vote AYE on the amendment to create a "vice-primate" in the SC. I figured there was no issue with such a minor revision. But I'll make sure. Any objections from the Landsraad?

First, a reminder of the procedures for all:
Each member has one vote, which he or she may cast in any unambiguous way to represent a vote of aye or nay.
Any sheep related noises do not meet the criteria for unambiguous. Here are some examples of unambiguous voting methods:
For a vote of AYE: AYE, YAR, YES, OHYEAH, ABSOLUTELY
For a vote of NAY: NAY, NARP, NO, NEVER, SCREW THAT
For a vote of ABSTAIN: ABSTAIN, KEEP ME OUT OF THIS
Any method involving sheep or other random noises or words shall be discounted.
