As the rebellion against the Kaiser seems to be gaining ground like wildfire, the Duchy of Goldshire must take steps to secure our borders, support the Kaiser, and defeat the rebels.

* All borders of Goldshire are hereby frozen. A guard will be established at the major crosspoints into the duchy and several regiments will be stationed along the borders to respond to any intrusion. None may enter or leave without permission.

* All military leave is hereby canceled indefinitely. All able-bodied citizens are encouraged to volunteer for the Ducal Defense Forces. If we do not meet our quota within several days, and it is very likely that we will not, a forced draft will be introduced.

* Several of our regular regiments, as many as we can spare, will be sent to Shirekeep and the surrounding areas to protect the capital from rebel assault.

Goldshire reaffirms its loyalty the the Imperial Crown and to Shirekeep. We are at the Kaiser's direction towards whatever ends he plans to use us to sweep all of Shireroth from rebel control.

By my hand,
Harvey Lekuan
Duke of Goldshire

hrmm... My rebellion was more of a joke than anything. Since Elwynn supports the Kaiser, you would only have to close your border to Dolor.

Yeah, perhaps not. I'm just getting really fed up with people rebelling all over the place, and now even seceding. Rebellion is okay, secession is treason.

Dolor...? THAT'S ME! Don't worry.. I'm not going to move against Goldshire.. and since you support the Kaiser, you have a truce/alliance with Elwynn after a fashion.
