Case # I : Duke Malliki Tosha vs. Count Scott of Hyperborea

I herby call this court into session. 
The following cases are herby dismissed:
-Imperial Republic vs. Duke Malliki Tosha
-Malliki Tosha, MB v. County of Hyperborea et al.
-Imperial Republic v. Scott of Hyperborea
Any other legal suits that regard any of the charges brought up previously in one of these cases will be immediately dismissed. Should the accusing party, Duke Tosha, wish to legally pursue a case against Count Hyperborea he is asked to do so here.
The usual rules of decorum apply in this courtroom and will be enforced if necessary.
Duke Tosha, you have 72 hours to present your case and charges against Count Hyperborea. Should you fail to do so, the court will be interminably adjourned. Please note that the current bill being proposed to the Landsraad will take immediate effect.
