Yardistan does not recognize Ardashir Khan as the the new kaiser, nor will it bow to the man who bombed Amity.
As of this decree, Yardistan is in revolt.

Have you met an ent? Along with the dragons they co-led the Kindred in the Second Age. They're pretty cool.
