On behalf of the People of Hurmu, I have the honour of congratulating you upon your ascension to the throne of Shireroth.
Ever since Hurmu and Shireroth were united in one Shirerithian empire, Hurmu has felt great friendship with the Shirerithian people and is ever thankful for keeping the People of Hurmu alive under such derelict times. Hurmu is now sovereign again, wishing to establish relations with your Majesty's domains. Hurmu is headed by an Elect of Hurmu, currently Talsin Baarrnan, a man who comes from Shireroth originally.
Your Majesty is well-known within Hurmu. Your Osmani predecessor, the Shah of Babkha, was granted, through the Hurmu Memorandum between Stormark and Babkha, the eternal title "Khagan of the Lontinian Plains, Lord of the Tribes of Lontinia and of who dwell in Felt Tents". Hurmu values this contribution to history.
With wishes of a fruitful and long reign, Hurmu congratulates your Majesty once more to your ascension to the Imperial Mango Throne, hoping that the two peoples of Hurmu and Shireroth will dwell together in harmony, tranquillity and peace.
May the blessings of the Lakes follow you. As such, I bring you water from the Lakes of Arquous, Anseth, Cashma, Dawnuck, Nemb and Shelm, in bottles of glass made from the beaches of the Hurmu coast.
