In light of recent events, not excluding the war that damaged Cape Farewell, I recommend that His Grace the Duke of Elwynn, in cooperation with the Brigadgeneral of the Elwynnbrigaden, re-evaluate and redistribute the defensive forces of the Elwynnbrigaden among the Barons in accordance with the SCOWL ruleset. Y'know, in case we ever get attacked.

I would advise the Barons to review the unit structure provided to them under the Elwynnbrigaden and to flesh out their units with SCOWL points accordingly.

I would prefer we conduct this according to QUARREL and not SCOWL, just because we need a QUARREL test war.

Also, although I don't claim to fully understand SCOWL, I think that those of us who posted OrBats a few months ago would have a huge advantage over those of us who didn't. While quite realistic, this also makes the recwar pretty non-fun and prevents others from joining in. It would also limit the ability of foreigners to participate.

I've been trying to get a war started since early last week, and the Anticans and people keep flaking out on me. You're my last hope. If you're online in the next hour or two, come to the chat and we'll talk about it.

Flaking out? I reinstalled the Antican boards so that you wouldn't be experiencing any access difficulties.

All I know is that there haven't been any posts in the war forum since it was made on the seventh.

also, the last time i tried to get on it wouldn't let me, so i hardly think thats my fault

You can hardly be there, right at the Crystal Tree, and say "No, I think I'll forget about Gralus and pop off to fight in Brookshire ..."

oh, i misinterpreted the post as saying there were no active Gralans at the moment without even giving a thought to continuity, silly me
