Economic Agreement

Dear Sir or Madam:

I would like to propose an Economic Agreement between the Small Commonwealth and the Republic of Antica.

Part of this agreement would be a fixed exchange rate. One of your representatives would evaluate our economy, pricing, etc., and one of our representatives would do the same for yours. Then we would decide together on what is a good ratio for conversion of one currency to the other. To make the fixed exchange rate effective, both entities' governments would need to hold a monopoly over currency conversions. Antica's government already holds a monopoly over all currency conversions with nations with which it has fixed exchange rate agreements.

In addition, there may also be a couple of joint projects that our two entities--or business concerns within our two entities--can cooperate on.

I eagerly await your reply with the great hope that our two entities will indeed be able to cooperate on economic matters.

Sincerely,

Mateu Vasroe
Antican Treasury Minister

I'll see what people say in the Assembly.
