At present, the Small Commonwealth operates from the Shirithian forums. If you just scroll down, you should find a subforum labelled 'Small Commonwealth' a little over halfway down.

It's on my to-do-list.
Together with some ideas for the SC... what do you think about a Small Commonwealth News Agency, with news from the Dutch sector.
Just have to find Anglophone authors with interest.

A possible name for the newspaper: The Small Circle (referring to the symbol). I will need journalists / freelancers.
The way I want to work (as it has to be an advantage for the economy): we sell articles at low prices (so no magazines, which take too much time to write and publish). We publicise the title and probably a short summary. Then the people can buy it. In certain periods we will have many articles, in others none. But that's life.
