Your Nifftiness,

In light of your sugestion made during the council, the ISI would like to request government up-funding of the Prophet Technology. Estimates currently have the price of production and lifting 42 units into space at 470

. Production will continue as planned but without funding a maximum of 7 units can be launched. We hope that this effort will help secure the safety of our Nation.

Forever you humble servant,

This was promised, and this will be given. I have moved the payment for the MiniTrade to take care of. I expect a good satellite system in return.
