Warm greetings from your friends over in Antica, and greetings also from me, an ex-citizen. 
I was recently appointed Foreign Minister by the Assembly, so I thought I might make a tour, saying hello and shaking hands across Micras. Shireroth is one of the few nations, possibly the only nation, that Antica has a standing treaty with (by which I mean, we've negotiated and agreed upon one- The Treaty of Antica (Reborn)- since the revival of Antica), and given our long history together as nations, I thought it would be appropriate to first venture over to Shireroth. How are things?
Also, allow me to congratulate His Niftiness Kaiser Gaelen III on his ascension to the throne, and congratulate the nation on having a new Kaiser.
