Nearly every microantion dies. This is Shireroth, the Eternal. If Kaiser Loki III couldn't kill it, Kaiser Spangle the Great wouldn't.
Besides, a Kaiser doesn't actually run Shireroth. Administer, maybe, guide and inspire, some of the better ones have. Run, I doubt. I think a Kaiser that actually tried that would go down in history as Omigod the Brief, or Goodgraciuosme the Troubled.

I don't run anything. The Ministers do. I just step in if one of them goes completely out of bounds, which hasn't happened yet. So, I reign and rule, but I do not run.

Ocia often do a lot of things very similar to old fascist empires which makes me feel that he is actually doing it for the simulation, which is good
