After the Kaiseress delivered the shocking news that Elwynn could not divide into two glorious duchies united by common culture, history and bonds, we shall protest. Let us go out on a recruiting drive. Let us find more people who are willing to join Elwynn and Shireroth! We need more people. The bigger the Elwynnese community is, the more culture we can develop, the more work can be done, and the more likely it will be that a n Elwynnese will sit upon the Mango throne one day!

Let us have this goal, my fellow guardians of the Holy River: let Elwynn comprise half the nation's citizenry!

On our recruitment drive, we need to offer them something. Counties. Everybody loves counties. Let us divide our counties' lands so that there will be vacant counties to fill.

Thas a real good idea, but you should go first, that way they'll think there is no threat. Oh and give them your gun too

Now that sounds like a promising idea. It would at least make some geophysical sense. Bear in mind, though, that we still have two vacant counties, in spite of our best efforts to populate tem so far this year.
